For a saving problem
Start with the help guides. If a receiving address is available below, describe the error category, your device and browser, and which save method you tried.
Do not include a password, account cookie, private video link, signed download address or an unredacted screenshot. Do not attach a downloaded video just to report a browser error.
For a privacy question
Use the configured address, when available, and describe your question without disclosing private media or credentials. Include only the information needed to explain the issue.
Email providers and forwarding services process email separately from the download tool. Consider that before sending personal information.
For a copyright or rights report
When contact is enabled, explain the work or right involved, your authority to report it and the action you are requesting. Keep credentials and private or signed media addresses out of the report.
VidTote does not host a downloaded-video library. Publication or removal issues at the source may also require a report to the source platform or publisher.
